What Data We Collect
The Site collects only the data Telegram provides during authentication via Telegram Login:
- numeric Telegram ID
- first and last name (if set in the Telegram profile)
- Telegram username (if set)
- profile avatar URL
In addition, the Site automatically stores service data: the number of texts generated per tool, Telegram channel subscription status, earned and spent Stars credits, and the dates of first and last activity.
The Site does not collect email addresses, passwords, payment details or any documents. Payments via Telegram Stars are processed entirely on Telegram’s side — the Site only receives confirmation of the payment and the number of stars transferred.
Why We Use This Data
- Identifying users across sessions without requiring a separate account
- Tracking free and paid generation limits
- Verifying Telegram channel subscription to grant access
- Preventing abuse of the API
Data is not used for targeted advertising, is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.
Third-Party Services
The following services are involved in operating the Site:
- Telegram — authentication and Stars payments. Telegram processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy at telegram.org/privacy.
- Anthropic — text generation via API. The content of your request is transmitted to Anthropic’s servers. Anthropic processes data in accordance with its policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- Hosting provider — storage of the WordPress database on hosting servers.
No other third parties have access to user data.
Cookies and Local Storage
The Site uses browser localStorage to retain your Telegram ID and name between pages, solely for authentication convenience. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set by the Site.
Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as an account exists. Records for users who have not accessed the Site for 12 months may be deleted automatically.
Your Rights
Under Ukrainian personal data protection law (Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI) you have the right to:
- know what data is stored about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- withdraw consent to processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. Requests will be handled within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
If material changes are made to this policy, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
